Free-Health Screenings

This Saturday, October 13th, Sam's Club is offering free health screenings, at least in my area.  You just need to enter your zip code on their page to check the dates and times for the club nearest you.  This month Sam's club will be doing TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), blood pressure, BMI (body mass index), glucose, total cholesterol, HDL (high-density lipoprotein) and a take-home breast self-exam gel packs..

Every month Sam's Club offers different health screenings.  This could save you 100's of dollars, and possibly save your life.
